We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Mione Website. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. If the product does not meet the consumer's requirements in terms of size, style, color or cannot purchase the product for other reasons, Consumers have the right to return goods within 15 days after receiving it. Please notice the following conditions, and we’ll also charge the returning shipping cost from customers.
Items can be returned:
- Not used, secondary sales will not be affected.
- Its presentation is retained.
- while maintaining the consumer properties of seals, labels, films.
Items cannot be returned :
- Headphones after printing and use.
- Original accessories for the phone after opening the original packaging.
- Mobile phones with traces of use, with factory films and seals removed, without preserving the appearance of the product or packaging.
In few products of substandard quality event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product:
- Goods with barque must first be diagnosed at the service center, and then according to the conclusion of the service center, the possibility of return is decided. The process takes 2 to 3 days. In this case, the return shipping is free.
The Return Process:
1.Consumers need to contact our customer service firstly, we’ll evaluate your retruning request.
2.If it’s qualified to return, the courier will pick up the item at the address you specify.
3.Our service center will check the goods condition or diagnose its problem after receiving. The process takes 2 to 5 days.
4.If met requirements, we’ll inform and refund you related payment through bank transfer.
