About canceling an order

Your order will typically ship within one to three business days of placing your order. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.

About delivery time

Delivery to UAE
Dubai: Delivery within 3 days if placed before 2pm.
Abu Dhabi: Delivery time 3-5 days

Can I modify my shipping address?

1. After placing the order, you will not be able to change the delivery address;
2. If the order is not paid, you can close the order and place a new order;
3. If the order has been paid successfully, but the delivery information has not been updated, you can contact customer service to confirm whether the delivery address can be changed;
4. If the order has been shipped, it is not supported to change the delivery address;
5. If you find the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible, but we cannot bear the loss of shipping costs or the inability to receive the goods due to the wrong delivery address you submitted.

What should I do after receiving the goods?

All Mione packages are fully sealed at the warehouse before being shipped to you.
Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box for signs of damage or if the package has been opened in transit. If you are concerned about the condition of your shipment, we ask that you do not sign for the package. Instead, return the package to the courier.
Please open the package in front of the courier to confirm the quantity and brand of the item and the packing list. If there is any abnormality, if you find the product in the box has been tampered with or lost when you open the package, please provide the post office with official documents, especially the claim application paper, take a photo/unpacking video and contact us.
